I visited the MOJO in Liverpool and ordered a Twinkle (I hope that's the right name) for my fiancee and a double Bruichladdich 12/18 year whiskey for myself and was actually quite impressed that the female bartender didn't turn her nose up at me for ordering a whiskey, but rather applauded me! It was a busy Saturday night, and on previous, but exactly the same, occasions in other bars have found the staff to be snobbish and rude when you order anything out of the ordinary. She was chatty to us, and was very cheerful, and on top of it all, our drinks were prepared with care. We gave her a tip, and we will do it again if we see her. She really sold MOJO to us as it was our first time there, and we'll definitely be going back sometime soon! Insightful post!
